Spray some red paint to create blood splatters here and there. You can also put fake bloody fingers, eyeballs or a hacked bloody left foot. If you still keep your human skeleton model that you have submitted for your science project back in middle school, take it out and place it in your doorway. You may have to spray paint it with white to enhance it to opaque white. Put it in a relative amount of fake spider webs as well so that you can place fake maggots that will crawl over the bones.
